What’s covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and assembly
• Battery capacity that drops below 70% within the first year
• Charging IC, controller and connector failures under normal use
• Hinge, magnet and mount mechanism failures under normal use

What’s not covered

• Cosmetic wear from regular use (scuffs, fading)
• Damage from drops, liquid, or extreme temperatures
• Damage from using non-original cables or accessories rated beyond the product’s specs
• Repairs attempted by unauthorised parties

ECOZA lifestyle goods

ECOZA crafted goods — bags, slings, mugs, tumblers and lamps — aren’t electronics, so they carry a 6-month quality guarantee against manufacturing faults such as failed stitching, zips, hardware or finish. Everyday wear, accidental damage and misuse aren’t covered. If something arrives or fails faulty, message us and we’ll repair, replace, or arrange a refund on WhatsApp — by bank transfer or store credit.

Claiming warranty

   Contact us

   Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID, the product name, and a short description of the issue. Photos or a quick video help.

2. — 02

   Diagnostic

   We may ask for a few troubleshooting steps. If the issue is covered, we’ll arrange pickup (Kathmandu Valley) or ask you to ship it back.

3. — 03

   Repair, replace, or refund

   If the issue is covered, we repair the unit at no cost. If repair isn’t possible, we replace it. If neither is possible, we arrange a refund with you on WhatsApp — by bank transfer or store credit.
