Lucent Life Nepal is the sole authorised distributor of Lucent Life in Nepal. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the store.

We aim to show every product, price and material accurately, but listings may contain occasional errors and stock can change. We may correct information or decline an order if a product is mispriced or unavailable, and we’ll let you know if we do.

All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm. We may update prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already confirmed.

We confirm orders and arrange payment over WhatsApp. You can pay cash on delivery within the Kathmandu Valley, or as arranged with our team. An order is only confirmed once we’ve replied to acknowledge it. More online payment options are coming soon.

We deliver across Nepal. Timelines and charges are listed on our shipping page and are estimates — festivals, weather and courier delays can affect them. Please give us a complete, reachable address and phone number so delivery goes smoothly.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused items in original condition, as described on our returns page. Lucent Life electronics carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty, and ECOZA lifestyle goods carry a 6-month quality guarantee, as set out on our warranty page.

Please use the store lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or misuse our forms. We may limit or refuse service to protect the store and other customers from spam or abuse.

The Lucent Life, ARTIQ and ECOZA names, logos, product designs, images and text on this site belong to Lucent Life and its partners. You may not reuse them without written permission.

We stand behind our products and our service. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nepali consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the “last updated” date below tells you when it last changed.
